The governor's son stole the show when he walked onto stage while his father delivered his inaugural speech on Monday.
CALIFORNIA - New California governor Gavin Newsom delivered his inaugural address on Monday.
However, it was his adorable son, Dutch, who stole the show.
The visibly sleepy two-year-old wandered onto the podium during his father's speech, pacifier and blanky in tow, probably to remind him about bedtime.
In between talk about immigration, Newson spoke about parents needing all the support they can get as he referred to the little one.
The audience seemed to love every second of the invasion.
