Former US Army Vice Chief of Staff General Jack Keane says Russia is developing nuclear capability “in space”.

Mr Keane told Sky News host Andrew Bolt that it will “blind the satellites” if they set a nuclear bomb off.

“They have the capability, but they haven’t deployed it in space.

“I think Putin wants this as leverage.

“Leverage to use to curve US behaviour.”
