Broadcaster John Laws reflects on his 70-year-long career as a radio broadcaster as he celebrates the momentous milestone.

Mr Laws made his start on air at 3BO in Bendigo, before going on to work at 2UE, 2GB and 2SM radio stations.

“70 years is a very long time so it’s a good thing I’ve done something,” he told Sky News Australia.

“I’ve had a really, really good time and I’m still having a good time.”

Mr Laws went on to talk about interviews he's done over his time from interviewing Paul Keating to other former Australian prime ministers.
