THE Lease Operators Junior Tennis tournament, hosted by the Tennis Patrons Academy, will serve off at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua on Thursday at 9 am.
The tournament will be held in two segments.
The Under-10, Under-12 and Under-14 players will be in action from Thursday to Sunday. From June 17-19, the Under-16 and Under-18 players will compete.
The top seeds have been named in the Under-10, Under-12 and Under-14 categories.
In the boys Under-10 category, Djalminha Lewis and Eli Paty are expected to battle for the title and Jaysean Wells and Novak Malcolm are the top-ranked players in the boys Under-12 division.
Cherdine Sylvester and Suri Ramcharan are ranked high in the girls Under-12 and Em-Miryam Campbell-Smith and Makeda Bain will be tough to beat in the girls Under-14 category. Connor Carrington and Nirav Dougdeen are the favourites in the boys Under-14.
