Rishi Sunak became Britain's youngest prime minister in more than 200 years on Monday (October 24), tasked with steering the country through an economic crisis and mounting anger among some voters. "I can confirm we have received one valid nomination. Rishi Sunak is therefore elected as leader of the Conservative Party," Chair of the the Conservative Party's 1922 Committee, Graham Brady told party lawmakers.
