Sky News Australia contributor Megyn Kelly says US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, who recently struck down the Biden administration’s mask mandate for public transport, came to “the right decision”.

“God bless this woman,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“She issued a decision saying the CDC did not have the power to issue this mask mandate.”

The White House has confirmed the health order is no longer in effect while the ruling is being reviewed.
