Sky News host Jenna Clarke says her "winner" of the week is Prime Minister Scott Morrison as he has "conducted himself quite well" in public appearances.

"I think I was really impressed with the fact that his public persona was a little bit softened this week and I think that he really conducted himself quite well in the debate and also on the hustings this week," Ms Clarke told Sky News host Paul Murray.

"I think this is the strongest we've seen him, he's been soft, he's been firm, and he's been clear and concise."
