Shadow Minister for Natural Resources Tania Mihailuk says it is “important to uphold” the industries which “deliver”, such as mining.

Ms Mihailuk noted the mining sector delivers "$15 billion back into our economy" and 30,000 jobs, whilst supporting 8,000 supplier businesses across NSW.

“That’s real jobs, real people – particularly regional communities that need that support," she told Sky News host Alan Jones.
