Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says many small businesses in locked down states are not “well prepared” to reopen.

“It’s not well prepared in terms of rapid antigen testing, nor is it in terms of making certain that their customers are vaccinated,” he said.

“Then you've got state governments who are insisting that it’s the businesses themselves that have to police who’s coming in otherwise onerous fines might apply.

“So again, you’re actually adding a burden onto small businesses that have already carried a significant burden during this lockdown season.”
