‘Massive moves’ on the market as iron ore prices plunge

over 2 years in news

Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says there have been “massive moves” on the market, due to a “big fall” in iron ore prices.

“Iron ore prices have almost halved in the last little while,” Mr Greenwood told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

Iron ore prices slipped to $103 USD a ton at one stage, which “really did take the guts out of” companies like Fortescue, Rio Tinto and BHP.
