Social commentator Prue McSween says the world needs someone strong like Mike Pompeo to “serve it up to the bloody commies” after a “weak Biden” administration.

Donald Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo did not rule out running for the Republican Presidential nomination in an interview with The Australian’s Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan.

Ms McSween said the former secretary of state “talks sense” and is “tough” which is a stark contrast to a “weak Biden” and Vice President Kamala Harris “who could do anything”.

Liberal Senator Jim Molan told Sky News for Mr Pompeo to take the nomination, he has to “hold both sides of the Republican Party together”.

“He’s got to play very very carefully,” he said.
