Trump derangement ‘lives on’ and is most visible as ‘Biden barracking’

Sky News host Chris Kenny says Trump derangement “lives on” and is now most visible as “Biden barracking”.

US President Joe Biden recently stumbled and fell over several times while running up the stairs of Air Force One.

The 78-year-old gripped onto the railing as he tripped twice and fell over a third time when boarding the aircraft.
He appeared to take a moment to dust off his knee before making his way to the top.

The White House said the president is "just fine and did not require any attention from the medical team who travels with him".

“We're glad the president's okay, of course, I think perhaps though someone should be with him whenever he's going up or down those stairs, getting on and off Air Force One, for his own safety,” Mr Kenny said.

Mr Kenny compared the response in the media to when former US president Donald Trump once walked slowly down a ramp after delivering a speech – raising questions about his health.

Mr Kenny said at the time there was “fevered anti-Trump speculation”.

He said as the media "pretends away these issues" with Joe Biden, "we're left to imagine, just imagine the hysteria if this was Trump who was stumbling".
