Prince William has defended the Royal Family against allegations of racism following Meghan and Harry’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.

During the interview, Meghan Markle accused a member of the royal household of raising concerns about the colour of baby Archie's skin before he was born.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were visiting a school in East London when Prince William denied the allegations of racism in response to a question from a reporter.

“We’re very much not a racist family,” he said.
