TT Red Force squad cut to 22

THE TT Red Force selectors have cut the team preparing for the Cricket West Indies Regional Super50 tournament to 22.
The cricketers have been training and playing practice matches at the National Cricket Centre in Couva and at Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, recently.
The 22-man provisional squad is a formidable looking unit as several senior players have made themselves available including captain Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, Nicholas Pooran, Evin Lewis, Darren Bravo, Ravi Rampaul, Rayad Emrit, Khary Pierre, Jason Mohammed, Imran Khan, Lendl Simmons and Denesh Ramdin.
Dwayne Bravo has been selected as the team’s mentor. The final 15-man squad is expected to be finalized in the coming days. The Super50 tournament will be played in Antigua in February.
