Asad Qiasar Khan (Arabic: اسد قیصر خان ) is the 14th and current Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. As a member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, he was elected as member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly from Swabi District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Asad Qaisar is one of the founding and prominent workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in KPK.He is also the current president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter.Asad Qaiser was born on 15 November 1969 in Swabi District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He belongs to a very respected family of the Gujjar Tribe in the village of Marghuz, Swabi District. He received his early education from Government higher secondary school in Marghuz, and later graduated from University of Peshawar.He started his career as educationist and founded Quaid-e-Azam public school in the town of kinn, Swabi District.
